With 20 years of experience, OMD HR Consulting has established itself as a leading boutique consultancy in human resources advisory. OMD operates in Spain and Latin America, with a special focus on the design of Organizational and Compensation Processes.
Three years ago, it established a Personnel Economics Division, which acts as a partner for various private and public companies, both in designing and auditing their salary policies and practices, ensuring they are equitable. The mission of this division is to help companies eliminate gender pay discrimination and reduce their pay gap, facilitating women’s access to better-paid positions and roles.
After auditing the compensation practices of more than 400 companies, in 2024 it committed to becoming the official auditor for AENOR’s Pay Audit Certification.

Pay equity is a matter that concerns companies and society as a whole.
In fact, in recent times, in line with goals 5 and 8 of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, DE&I strategies have become a priority objective for organizations.
